Cade Matthew Holder is born!

After 41 1/2 weeks of praying and waiting our precious son finally arrived.  God answered our prayers with a healthy baby boy! Because Cade decided to arrive after his due date, the doctor had us schedule an induction on Thursday morning.  We really wanted him to come naturally so we hoped and prayed. At 11:00 on Wednesday night, I went into labor!  We got to the hospital at 2:00 a.m. ready to have our baby.  Matt was an awesome support as we walked around the hospital trying to help labor progress.  We were excited when baby Cade finally arrived at 7:04 a.m. He was 7lb. 4oz. and 21 inches long. 

Here we are at 3:00 a.m. ready to meet our son!

Mom got to the hospital at 4:00 a.m. - even though we told her to go back to sleep. 

Auntie Brandy skipped class when she found out the baby was born and came straight from UGA to the hospital.  We finally told her the "top secret" name when she arrived. 

Grandma (MiMi) and Grandpa Holder came in the afternoon to meet their new grandson and were so HAPPY!

Grandpa McArthur came later and was overjoyed to meet Cade!  He says "dad" is the best name he ever had and "grandpa" is just as great!
